6 large Granny Smith apples
10 graham cracker squares (2&1/2 in. each)
1 & ½ cups packed brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel, core & slice apples. Prepare enough to
fill deep dish baker/rectangular pan ¾ full. Finely chop graham crackers.
Combine crumbs, brown sugar, oats, flour & spices. Add melted butter; mix
well. Spoon mixture over apple slices. Bake 20-25 minutes or until apples
are tender. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
